Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

Stock permitting, the vast majority of orders will be processed and dispatched within 24-72 hours. Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). We offer Free Postage and Packaging within the UK and orders will be sent out by First Class Royal Mail. Orders weighing more than 2000g (4 or more 500g bottles) will be dispatched by courier and will arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, to UK customers only. All orders dispatched by courier require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden’ at the address.
If the item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay immediately and dispatch the goods as soon as they are back in stock.

If you are unhappy with the revised delivery date of your purchases and would like to cancel your order, please contact us at customerservices@colourtherapy.uk.com and we will refund all money paid in relation to the contract.
All delivery dates that we give are only for your general guidance. We will not be held liable if you receive late delivery of your order.

Please be aware that severe weather conditions and Christmas are likely to disrupt deliveries throughout the UK. Deliveries to residential addresses are likely to be the most affected by the bad weather as many local roads may become inaccessible. Despite these conditions orders will still be sent out via First Class Royal Mail. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

 Nurturing Spirit Ltd (www.colourtherapy.uk.com) only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands).

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery.

Within the order packaging, you will find a Delivery Note with details of your order together. If the items listed on the delivery note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately by calling us on: 0844 809 4590 (Monday to Friday 10.00am – 4.30pm) or emailing us on customerservices@colourtherapy.uk.com

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.

Defects, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery

If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods and the delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to our distribution centre, please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.

Other reasons

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.

Please Note: We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

When returning goods please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please take note of the following details required to be enclosed with your returned goods

Refund time

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will refund the price paid by you for the goods within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
